Help I’m not in Freshers, what do I do about accommodation?!

We understand not everyone fancies living in a house for 2nd and 3rd year. Having to think about cleaning a larger place, making sure you stay within the utility allowance and worrying about bin day may not be on the full front of your mind!

This is why Brayford Court becomes popular for students of all years! Flats on one level means you don’t have to waste your time cleaning stairs, the rent includes all bills and as for the bins – don’t worry the Council come through the gates to get the bins so you don’t have to worry about missing bin day!

Not only can this but we accommodate a variety of situations.

This year (2017) we have seen no end of different groups and circumstances come to us. From a couple who fancied the 2 bed apartment to an individual who wanted specifically to be in a 6 bed apartment, and two friends who wanted a three bed – no problem, we then fill the final rooms so you don’t have to!
